The team recognizes many cases where customers send properties not listed/delisted by ONUS to the ONUS application. Supporting customers to get their assets back will pose many risks due to interfering with ONUS's asset management system. In particular, it takes a lot of time and resources when encountering in case of deliberately creating fake evidence to overtake property.
Therefore, ONUS does not support the settlement of transactions that mistakenly transfer assets to the application (accidentally or intentionally) in the following cases:
- Send assets that haven't opened the On-chain receive feature to the ONUS app
- Send unlisted or delisted assets to ONUS
- Send assets through networks not yet supported by ONUS
- Insufficient minimum trading volume according to the Fee Schedule
ONUS expects you to exercise extra caution before placing your order to deposit your assets.
Suppose the customer needs to force the return of the property. In that case, ONUS will collect a fee of 5% of the property value or $500 (higher conditions apply), with a maximum support period of 90 days.
