    Send On-chain but have yet to receive the assets?

    When sending assets from 1 exchange/wallet to another exchange/wallet, the sending request will be processed according to the following steps.

    1. User requests to deposit assets from sending platform
    2. Confirmation on Blockchain network
    3. Send assets and get credited at receiving platform

    The transaction has been successfully posted to the blockchain network when the asset withdrawal is marked as Completed or Successful on the sending platform. However, that particular transaction will take some time to be recorded at the receiving venue.

    Transaction statuses are recorded at the blockchain network via the Blockchain Explorer browser of each network.

    Note:

    • If Blockchain Explorer shows that the transaction has not been confirmed, please wait for the confirmation process to complete. This process may vary depending on the blockchain network.
    • If Blockchain Explorer shows that the transaction is confirmed, it means that your assets have been sent successfully. If still not received, please contact the support team of the receiving platform products for further assistance.
