    24h property lock policy

    The 24-hour asset lock policy is an advanced security mechanism, designed to protect customers from fraud and asset appropriation. Accordingly, the system will lock a number of features when it detects unusual activities, including:

    • Change password/recover password
    • Reactivate the smart OTP code
    • Sign in on another device / 2 devices at the same time

    Note: When you delete the app and download it again, the system will recognize you logged in on the new device.
